Accessibility
Last updated October 16, 2026
We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use the BayDesk website and dashboard. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
What we do
- We test our pages with automated accessibility checks whenever we change them, and fix what they find before publishing.
- We keep text contrast at WCAG AA levels and give every form field a label, so pages work with screen readers and keyboards.
- We use plain language. Nothing flashes, and the few short animations stop on their own and are off when your device asks for reduced motion.
Tell us if something doesn't work
If any part of BayDesk is hard to use, email hello@usebaydesk.com with the page and what happened. We'll help you get what you need in the meantime and work on a fix.
